There are 4 Class Types as follows:

Little Ninjas Program – Ages: 3 and up

Class M/W: Monday and Wednesday from 5pm to 5:30pm
Class T/TH: Tuesday and Thursday from 5pm to 5:30pm

Beginner Program– Ages: 6 and up

Class M/W: Monday and Wednesday from 5:30pm to 6pm
Class T/TH: Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30pm to 6pm

Advanced Program – Ages: 8 and up

Class: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 6pm to 6:45pm

Leadership Program – Ages: 10 and up

Class: Monday and Wednesday from 6:45pm to 7:30pm

About FMA

Falmouth Martial Arts (FMA) located in Falmouth, Maine and offered to the Greater Falmouth community through the Falmouth Community Programs is available to children ages 3 and up.

FMA Programs for kids teaches Traditional Taekwondo which enhances character development skills such as respect, integrity, courtesy, self-confidence, self-esteem and friendship that develops naturally through the FMA training process. Whether your goal for your child is to achieve better grades in school, gain self-control, increase fitness or engage in competition, Falmouth Martial Arts is ready to help your child achieve success!

And for adults, our private session fitness-based martial arts training is designed to help you stay in shape, increase flexibility and improve stamina. You can only do so many aerobic classes or run so many miles before you start dreaming of something more enjoyable and exciting to do to stay in shape and improve your overall health, and of course, learn self-defense skills while you're at it! Schedule your private training by contacting us directly, or stop by the studio during our operating hours, Monday thru Thursday between 4pm and 7:30pm.
